The 21 hectares wine estate (16 hectares in full property) is on the exploitation site.
The variety of grape is composed of Melon de Bourgogne. Some plots are Cru classified.
The estate is located in a calm environment and close to all commodities.
The majority of the harvest is sold to a cooperative cave. The remainder is vinified and sold to private clients.
The estate does not employ permanent salaries, seasonal workers help during the increase activites.
The wine-grower handles all the vinification tasks, packaging, sales and logistic.
