Direct sales (on site or by delivery) are the main income in terms of value and the rest of the production is sold in bulk to the trade. Business development is possible thanks to this volume.
The seller takes care of the vineyard with an employee and manages direct sales and administrative part. He would like to transfer his experience at least during one year.

All buildings and equipment are in a perfect state and the turnover is constantly increasing. Volume in bulk allow to plan the development of a new market for further bottles and optimizing turnover.
The 15-hectare vineyard is very well maintained. The production is mainly based on rosé wines (Cabernet d’Anjou) and includes others appellations such as Coteaux du Layon (sweet chenin) and Anjou.
