Today, in France, these prices are set by Agreste, the SAFERs, and viticultural experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-lightgreen-color-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-60fc3af5f2e1bd76b706441f4f8ec22c\">Agreste &amp; SAFER: official listings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Agreste <\/strong>is a public statistical service responsible for collecting, producing, analyzing, and disseminating data related to French agriculture, forestry, and agri-food industries. It operates under the authority of the <em>Direction des Affaires Financi\u00e8res et de la Logistique (DAFL)<\/em>, with support from the <em>Service de la Statistique et de la Prospective (SSP)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SAFER<\/strong> (<em>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019Am\u00e9nagement Foncier et d\u2019\u00c9tablissement Rural<\/em>) are public organizations whose mission is to regulate the rural land market to serve the public interest. Their main objectives include preserving agricultural land, protecting natural environments, preventing land speculation and supporting the balanced growth of rural regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price of vineyard land is established each year by the Agreste and SAFER networks, following a method defined in 2009. After several years of growth, prices have declined due to a drop in exports, particularly to the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That said, the sector remains well structured, with strong regulation and sustained attractiveness for the highest-quality crus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prices range between <strong>\u20ac35,000\/ha and \u20ac65,000\/ha<\/strong>, depending on the cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-lightgreen-color-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e5cdf8877311bda76efb4a2d3e817bb3\">Beaujolais et Lyonnais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaujolais is regaining attractiveness thanks to the renewed prestige of its crus and refreshed communication. Despite a slowdown in exports, prices remain on an upward trend. Limited available surface area, combined with Champagne\u2019s strong international reputation, sustains the value of vineyards\u2014particularly within the classified crus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, <strong>AOP Champagne vineyards are estimated at around \u20ac930,000\/ha<\/strong>, rising to <strong>\u20ac1,680,000\/ha for the Grands Crus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-lightgreen-color-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cdcf289fb5c22c2db4e20ebb197265cb\">Corse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Corsican vineyard remains limited in size, but it is attracting growing interest, notably due to its positioning and diversity of terroirs.
