Twelve years after our initial involvement, the estate is about to embark on a new chapter in its history.

We had been following a couple of buyers for a long time, whose wine-growing project had been developed and refined over the years. The vineyard met their expectations and they quickly set their sights on this site with its panoramic views.

The transaction required listening and compromise to come to fruition.

We are now looking forward to seeing their project come to life.
