After some thirty years at the estate, the owners wanted to hand over to a new owner who would continue to develop the winegrowing and tourism businesses.
Ampelio's Approach
A couple of would-be buyers (one of whom was employed in the sector) wanted to work together, combining vineyards and wine tourism.
They immediately fell in love with the estate, which ticked all the boxes in their brief.
Each of the parties was able to adapt their expectations and find a balance for the realisation of the project.
